Ryuzu Falls

竜頭の滝

Ryuzu Falls is one of the great waterfalls of Oku-Nikko, near Lake Chuzenji. The water runs down over rocks in two cascades for more than 210 meters. It is especially beautiful when the rhododendrons bloom in May and June, and when the maple and linden trees turn red and yellow in autumn. An observation deck right by the falls gives a good view.
