Who we are
Muslim Friendly Japan is operated by Inlet Co., Ltd. (有限会社インレット), a company in Japan. This policy explains what information we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Reviews: your rating, name or nickname, country and month of visit (optional), and the text of your review. Reviews we approve are shown publicly with the name you entered.
- Contact form: your name, email address, topic and message.
- Spam prevention: when you send a review or a message, we store a scrambled value (a hash) made from your IP address. We do not store the IP address itself, and we use this value only to limit repeated sending.
- Server logs: our hosting provider (XServer) records access to the site, such as IP address and browser type, for security and operation.
Cookies and analytics
We do not currently use tracking cookies or analytics tools. If we start using them, we will update this page first.
How we use information
- To show reviews after we have checked them.
- To reply to your messages and correct information on the site.
- To prevent spam and misuse.
Links to other sites
This site links to official websites, Google Maps and other sites. Their own privacy policies apply when you visit them. Some pages may contain affiliate links; those pages are marked.
How long we keep information
Reviews are kept for as long as they are shown on the site. Contact messages are kept for as long as we need them to respond to you, and then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us to delete or correct your review or message at any time through the contact form.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date below.
