Naha Airport is the main gateway to Okinawa, with domestic flights and international flights from Asia. The connecting facility that joins the domestic and international terminals opened in March 2019, and a second runway opened in March 2020. The Yui Rail monorail runs from the airport through central Naha. The terminal has a prayer room that anyone may use.

Prayer room on 4F of the international terminal, next to the restaurant area. Open to anyone who needs a quiet space to pray.
The prayer room is divided into rooms for men and women, in Japanese style with Ryukyu tatami. The page does not mention wudu facilities or a qibla sign.
The domestic-international connecting terminal facility opened on March 18, 2019.
