四季彩の丘
Shikisai-no-oka is a large flower garden on the rolling hills of Biei in central Hokkaido. It covers about fifteen hectares, where several dozen kinds of flowers and grasses grow. From spring to autumn you can walk the hills, or ride a tractor bus or a small cart around the fields. There is also an alpaca farm that is open all year.

Tips for Muslim visitors
- Walking into the flower fields to take photos is not allowed.
- The on-site restaurant takes last orders at 15:00 and is closed on Wednesdays.
- The Norokko tractor bus loops the grounds in about 15 minutes, if you prefer not to walk.
- Natural sites may have few facilities. Bring water, a travel prayer mat and a qibla app, and check the weather; mountains and lakes can be much colder than the city.
