Onioshidashi Park lies at the foot of Mount Asama in Tsumagoi Village. The rough black rocks here were made by lava from the big eruption of Mount Asama in 1783. Visitors can walk among the unusual lava rocks, which the operator calls an art made by nature. There is also a restaurant with an observation deck on the second floor.
Open 8:00–17:00; last entry 16:30.
Open all year, but the season or hours may change, or the park may close temporarily.
Adults (junior high and older) 700 yen; elementary students 500 yen; preschool children free.
Hours and fees can change. Please check the official website before you go.
