Nakasu Yatai Food Stalls
中洲の屋台
Yatai are small open-air food stalls that are set up along sidewalks and in parks in Fukuoka as evening falls. Nakasu, along the river, is one of the main yatai areas and has a lively atmosphere with many tourists. Each stall is small and usually seats no more than about 10 people. Common dishes include ramen, dumplings, oden and tempura, and each stall has its own menu, prices and payment methods.
